YO.* My names Mikey, from just outside of Dc.* I was just recently told about the VSC forums and thought i would swing by and show ya some of my pics.* Ive been working on my Box for the better part of the last year.* All the bodywork has been done by myelf, hell just about everything on the car has.* *My Brother Painted, and a Friend Lorenzo helped with the Air-suspension.* Everything else has been my work.* Call it a hobby, love, or madddness...* But Its really comin out like i had dreamed.* Ill stop yappin and show ya some pics!* >Mkey

Ive been pretty crazy about the VIP style for some time now...* I even got my rims from another VSC member (unknowingly).* Hope you guys enjoy the pics.* Lemme know whatcha think!

welcome to the boards mikey! its always great to see a person who does their own work. this is one unique xB. i like the choice of the color.

What you will find interesting is that three of those wheels' previous owners are on here!
Hope you have more pics of the during stages... those are always interesting to see

HAHA! Now thats just Crazy! I had no idea my rims got around like that.... I have tons of pics. Maybe i should do a right up with pics of the flare progress??? Would yall be interested in that? >Mikey

nice shots i like the before and after shots. your car is clean and im loving the diy wide body.. good stuff.. one thing you may wanna do is edit your pictures so your plates dont show just for your security man! :police:

Hey welcome to the boards. I'm from the DC area too. You may have met my girl's cousin at Hyper-Fest, Pj and his company VIP Garage. I couldn't make it personally to the event, but I had him enter it in the show. We need to meet in person. I've got some pics from Pj of your box from the event. Thats IS a chip! Happened on the way to that show in Englishtown.... Somewhere allong the 3 and a half hour drive i heard Thwack! the NJ turnpike bit me :tickedoff: My heart about sank as i JUST got this thing done the previous weekend. I was actually somewhat relived when i saw how small it was. Ive already begun repair. >Mikey

Ill write one up tonight kinda step by step.* Thanks All for the compliments!* Nothing better than the feeling when people who know appreaciate your work!* The color is a Porsche color, "velvet red", kinda fixed up with a heavy flake and a gold pearl in the clear.* Ill go start on the write up...* >Mikey
