everyone is getting "air runner" but it seems like I can never leave the original parts alone and I have to fabricate and change things out to make it the way I* want!

With the help of* :) Dakota Digital (http://www.dakotadigital.com) and* :) Air Zenith (http://www.air-zenith.com) Now I have an “Exec” level air system with in-car Digital controlled SSFB system and a wireless remote control. The guys at Air Zenith hooked me up with a "Special Edition" Purple compressor to go with the candy purple suspension pieces I have. I also have to give props to Cabe Toyota for getting the correct color match for the candy purple on the struts and shocks that I could not powder coat! All I have to do now is finish some welding on the custom frame I fabricated and I swear this is the last mod I am doing on this Toy xBox project*

I had to make a couple of changes on the layout to fit all the sensors, water trap, air gauge and quick connect. It is a tighter design and I have had to add more ports, I should have more photos of the install posted very soon.

The custom fabricated frame is working out fine and the Air Zenith looks right at home Major props again to AZ for the "Special Edition Purple" compressor! http://groups.msn.com/_Secure/0QgAAAIwTlYuA4nvVX5LSqWd2H5UNA5BtMvg82l4nWftY!93Ah tSKwZ5CeYsKjJPRGbITpRNRR2rpZUqJ2OCPLq6gDIwPcXDZsdc U4fZcoMw/halm.gif

Actually the lowest point is the valve on the water trap everything else is above the front and rear frame braces and my RSR exhaust would hit before even touching the tank. I have thought about a skid plate but I will more than likely be ridin at stock height on the freeways and areas I am not familar with ;)

The xB has it's spare up top and I did a custom sub enclosure with a full size 17"x7" spare that is displayed ;)

Thought about it but no one is going to pay me over 1k for used coilovers even though there is only 13k miles on them… probably will keep them for backup or another project * ;)

Here are a couple of more pics during the test fit and layout process…

I had a delay on the install waiting for a 37 degree stainless steel tube flaring tool to be delivered so that I can do some hard line work, but may have to go with all braided flex to make it for the SE Anniversary show* :o :o

Hey Dave what Valves did u end up getting? Everything is looking nice and out of all people i knew you would take this to another level with the easy install :buck2: But it is sick i wish i had the time to do all that. Maybe someday when i get more workers at the shop and i just get to work on project cars. These little details make your car one of a kind. Oh yah if you know anyone im still trying to get rid of my xA for a lower price now :idiot2: If i dont sell it im just trading it in and putting it back to stock.

They are AFC if I remember correctly (it's been a while) but I know they company I used has both ASCO and AFC I got them because of the valve blocks and outlets for the air sensors for the Dakota Digital controller I am using ;)

I am more worried about shrapnels/debris from the road puncturing any of the lines/tanks or whatever gizmo you have under there. And it's kinda sad to hide such beautiful shiny items.

But yeah man, that's hella clean and stealthy!

werd!* Very nice attention to detail. Beautiful.

Thanks* :) as usual I can’t leave well enough alone and now this mod has taken on a new path* :o* :D It was going to be all SS braided line but I found a 37 degree flare tool from Rigid that was affordable and has got me headed in a new direction. I will admit that you will abuse your hands and you will tap into that “Jedi – Zen” level when doing this kind of work. As much as I tried to keep it simple, I got carried away with the flow of the SS hardline and now it’s IMO a frickin piece of art* 8)* :D* ;D more to come and all you peeps under 21 stay away from my pain medicine

Van, yeah I am running the hardlines inside to the valves and then to the bags, I have hard line all the way to the rear bags and the front to the fender wells then SS braided line to the strutbag. I will post some more pics soon as I get things cleaned up and I have to rework the rear passenger false floor area to show off the valves ;) :o
