OK wheels are 19x9 and 19x10. So far all I've been able to find are the following tires:
1) 225/40 front and 255/35 rear (I want to have fatter sidewall, so 30 series on the front is not an option). These are Potenza RE050A.

2) 235/35 front and 265/30 rear Kumho Ecsta or Falken FK 452

Now with option 1 I will have a nise stretch on the tires...but I can't find too many tires in this size and they ones I did find will set me back close to $1200

With option 2, tires will have minimal stretch (correct me if I'm wrong), but they are ~350 dollars less than option 1.

Do you have any other suggestions for tires (preferably the sizes listed in option 1). Or your general thoughts on the whole setup.

How about 225/35/19 and 245/35/19 ? Those sizes worked great for me when I had 19x9 and 19x10.

I kindof hate the idea of having 35 series tires up front. I want chunkier tires. After flipping through HyperRev it seems like 235/265 combo will work, and will have some stretch as well.

So as of right now I'm thinking of going with either Falkens or Kumhos...especially since I'll be able to get all 4 for under a thousand.

Do a 255/35/19 rear and a 235/35/19 front. Should look real nice.

I agree with AME. . that is a good size for those widths. .40series is pretty tall for a 19. . it wont look as good as the 35's .. .* ;)

It is a little too late now. The tires will be here tomorrow. I have seen similar sizes on other 19" wheels and I like the chunky tires, plus this way I will be able to lower the car some more.

What did you end up with?
