shady...i had a couple of people pull that on me a couple of years ago...made me accept only cash for a while because you cant trust anyone...i even had a older couple do it to me

yeah, as long as you have an invoice that is sign you should be fine, its just your time to have to do all the paper work and wait for the money to be put back and also you might have to fight for it if the customer claims the product or service was not acceptable and the credit card customers favor the customer most of the time so. if you have a good credit card processing company like i have now it is in the contract that if you dont get the money back after proof that the customer has the product or the work was already completed they will do all the fighting for you.
