help me!!! does an 35 offset in the rear stick out?

i have a 98 gs 300. i going to get a set of ame lx wheels and woundering if yall can help me out. there 20x9 front and 20x10 rear offset are (high) 35-42. would i have to do any modification. would they be sticking out of the fender?
