hi2u again everyone.

Got my wheels in and i need some tires now. I found this guys GS on the board .. We share similar wheel specs. The rear look fine to me but the front looks mighty thin! 225/35/19. Anyone suggest to me what size i should go with?

Falken works great for the stretch mainly due to the increased strength in the side walls. Dave's front and rear are not that off from one another. The stretch is pretty close. I helped him chose his tire size for his fitment. I also run 225's on 9's and 245's on 10.5's. It only looks like that in that picture. It's actually pretty normal.

I might add that this fitment was for it to be on airsus which it should be soon.

My opinion? Go with:
- Dunlop Sport Maxx 225/35/ZR19 Stretched Front
- Dunlop Sport Maxx 245/35/ZR19 Stretched Rear

Thin, schmin, they are lowprofile tyres and they are supposed to look thin. Just drive according to the roads you are on instead of looking for tractor tyres that will ride like stock

NO. just get the 225's up front. you will be ok.

don't be conservative if you want VIP :)

dont worry about the 225s being rubber bands, it just looks like that in the picture because the wheels are cranked so the wheel actually cambering wayy out and the caster is picking up the car in the front, its making the tire kindof roll down the sidewall so you arent seeing a full profile.

ive got 19x9 +26 245/35 and 19x10 +26 265/30 with falken 451 tires

come to the shop and check it out chris, the tires are pretty quiet on the road and the strech is great.

Maybe go at least 235/front and 255/rear. I have 225/245 on 18X9 and 18X10, and potholes and mess ups in the road tore my lips up.

I have 225/40 and 245/40 on 9.5/10.5 rims and I don't have any problems so far (knock knock) driving around LA shitty roads in both low and high speeds

Interestingly enough, a 245 width on a 9" is usually not considered a stretch. It's actually almost dab smack in the middle of a good even tire fitment. But a lower profile tire will always appear more stretched than the same width tire going on the same width wheel with a higher aspect ratio...thus, this is why a 225/40-18 on an 18x9" will not look as stretched as a 225/35-19 on a 19x9"...
