use it to get from point A to point be in timely and safe fashion.
Seriously though, your Volvo is not a standard chassis in the VIP scene. Could you add elements and hints of our style from here? Perhaps. But why?

Welcome.................
VIPstyle may start out innocently enough..... But once you discover the depth of the hobby you've started. Its practically never ending :coolsmiley:

Nice car ;)
So, tell me about your plans! I'm always happy to see others modding the Y32s...
IMO the cedric has large wheelgap up front, so you really need to ride low for it to look good. Thats why you see most cats going for the K-break kit - it doesnt ride as low, whereas the Insurance kits etc are literally on the ground when you bring the wheelgap down to an acceptable level..
What are the specs on the wheels?

Well, you're in the right country to find the parts you want. Good luck with your project. If you're not a gaijin there are other BBS in Japan with far more information, but if you are, then at least here you'll understand what everyone is saying.

well i have a few japanese friends to help out . but as for parts there a dime a dozen for vip cars some are harder to get than others . the reason i a stay with the y32 because there are not that many parts for it so they have to be custom made . like my angel eyes . and my rear led tails .parts for the y33 cedric gloria are so easy take a look at this kit for a y33 and this is not a 300c car but a kit that a company makes here .and as for my truck i plan on changing it to fiber

Yeah, i agree the Insurance kit is pretty gaudy on the Y32s. You should definitely look into the K-Break V-Lux edition kit though, it flows really well with the Ced/Glo, much better than even the JP kit. But I am yet to find any second hand K-break kits; whereas the JP can be bought from UpGarage for around 40,000yen. I'm seriously considering a new one even though it will be worth more than the car.
Another one i am considering is the Samurai Kage Story kit seen on yahoo for a bargain price. Its a bit boxy, but for some reason it looks good to me
Another one i have seen a couple of times is the Sessions kit for the Y32 Cima, customised to fit on the Y32 Ced/Glo. In the last VIPStyle it mentions that it was a bunch of work needed to make it fit though, the rear was too long, the front had the divot for the grille and sides were different.
As for curtains, you would have trouble anyway, because of the pillarless doors! Also, dash tables only work for cars without passenger airbag.
NG, Do you actually know of any Japanese Y32 BBS'? I've only found a couple (ncg.client.jp and some carlife forums) and i find they are way too slow and the contributors are really not into custom work/DIY - most indepth mechanical/electrical questions are answered by "You should ask your nissan dealer").
I found a great Y31 forum where people were extremely smart and friendly - I even met up with some of them last time i was in Japan; but not much Y32 info on there.
So if you know of any japanese forums/bbs' (i know there are a few Y32 clubs there, just gotta find their sites), then post them up
