I got this from www.leftlanenews.com

"China Brilliance has unveiled the first vehicle that will be built at its new car plant in Zhonghua, which was set up with the help of BMW. The Zhonghua Jinjue was designed by Pininfarina in Italy, and is positioned as a sporty midsize sedan. It's no secret Chinese automakers are becoming interested in the luxury segment, and while no plans for U.S. availability have been announced, we wouldn't be surprised if it happened one day. See several images after the jump…"

not a bad looking car at all. it will be interesting to see what the price is, and of course the reliability of it.

It's nice but when I first saw it I though "this is just a BMW 5 with a different grille". They say Pinninfarina, I say poor man's Bangle...
Still, nice car

Yeah, but they cheated and got the Italians to design it! I think it looks ok (for a European car, which is what it is), but i wonder what the build quality would be like. Hope its a bit better than that MRV or whatever it was the CRV copy. If i recall, that one had the non-collapsible steering column that decapitated the test-dummy during a crashtest!!

the cheaper smaller "new era" uses mitsubishi 2.0L and 2.4L engines. They havent announced an engine from what i gather, but it looks like its gonna be a mitsu V6........so much for reliability
