First of all, you have an xB, get it right. ;) My advice to you would to be to talk to Autornd. I know they did the conversion on their VIP xA. It lost something like 15 or 20 mm of spacing, but they got it to work. Its also a permanent conversion so you couldnt go back. Another option you have, is to get some custom spacers made, which would probably be 300-400 dollars depending. I think the Autornd conversion cost about the same.

the custom spacers I have been looking for my car are around 140-150 dollar range
they can go as thin as 20mm thick

there is also another guy on ebay does it for 140?
he seems to be pretty good at it...

why do the 5 lug converstion when you could get proper wheels made to fit?? not worth it anyway i look at it.

the Scions are really limited in fitments though. not many VIP wheels are offered in 4x100, and if they are, theyre VERY hard to find used. Apart from most running DHs or a few other Eurolines, theres not a lot of VIP options for our cars, so I can see where hes coming from. It would be best to have a custom made wheel, but it can be cheaper to do spacers, and then you open up a whole nother series of wheel options. Just another outlook on it.

Things to consider:
You'll be able to fit nicer custom made wheels without bolt pattern spacers, and the money it could cost for a true 5 lug conversion is money out of the wheel budget.

Well, taking into account the fact that, to get nice wheels, you gotta be prepared to "pay to play"... you can actually order a lot of really bad ass rims from japan that are available even in 4x100... and in fact, I just recently discovered that you can get some of Super Star's Leon Hardiritts in 4 lug also... and those wheels be bad ass. Of course, also $$$
