VIP in Korea????

i have a buddy stationed in korea by the dmz. well does anyone know if they have vip shops in korea? trying to get things cheap especially shipping wise.

i wish i could get something jp for my car. but im looking for the wise sport front lip or bumper for the a32 cefiro. would get it from the states but freight is gonna be a killer. cheaper through the afo.
