the reason i picked these wheels cuz i have 20s on my car already, yet they look TINY.. like 18s do to the lip..* Now i realize if i rolled the fenders i can get wider wheels and gonna slam it more to get a better stance..* Now im torn between getting rims where spokes extend to the outer rim or deeper dish..* ie 9.5-10" wide.
I know some of these wheels arent your typical japanese VIP rims.. but i dont have much choices...*
pls no bashing... if i could i would love to get a set of kranze or estatus D2
i have a nissan altima 03..

I dont remember seeing pics of your car, but am I right in saying the reason your 20s look small is because the fitment is weak? Thats why vip cars like the garage magical cima and many other cars can wear 18s and still look fat
If you go with generic offset cheap wheels like these then you will end up with the same fitment problems and same appearance. Might as well go donk with 24"s if the fitment is going to weak anyway
I vote none of these, because at the end of the day, these wheels are the same ones you will see on domestic cars and regular joe-blow "i just got a nice car lets put pimpin wheels on it" type cars
If you dont have a classic vip base car you cant cheap out on the wheels...

hmm I'd go with the Neeper N-5 or the Helo Posion if these are the only choices.

Hm.. no one likes the giovannas eh? i just thought the dolce may have too much BLING.... the neeper looks clean... and the poison may look too sporty...
and im not really cheaping out cuz spending $ on 20s is costing me an arm and leg... like i said if i could i would love a set of WEDS kranze or Estatus...

Food For Thought.
I think you will find that with these wheels you are going to be a victim of high offset. YOu wont get the nice deep dish look with these wheels.
Take it from me I bought some AZA wheels and they guaranteed 3"f and 4" rear,,yeah right and these are staggered wheels. It is more like 2"f and 3"r.
The reason I am telling you this is that no matter if I slam it all the way to the ground and give it - camber it jus wont look VIP..unless you have VIP wheels.
Now that I know better that wont happen again. I think you might be like alot of us around the world. get a nice car and you just cant wait till you can
put some better shoes on it, but thats the problem if you dont have the cash you will settle for a copy or you trick yourself into thinking that *this wheel
would look sorta VIP, if its won't..if its not *JDM you wont achieve the "LOOK"
If VIP wheels are to much just save untill you can afford some nice used ones on this forum. .
Look at my car,I did a photochop so you can see what I am talking about ...see what I'm talking about..Even slam it lacks the VIP look. thats just my opinion. YOu tell me.

Dolce fails hard. Another LDR knockoff and I don't like it. Don't support companies that blatantly rip off unique designs like that,
Try to avoid anything you see in an import tuner mag that you don't see here :P (just exaggerating btw, it's not all bad in there, but beware of knockoff projects)
You can go cheap though, as long as you are aware of what you are doing, and make sure you're not getting ripped off by a company who just looks fancy but is low quality.

I'm gonna have to agree with Riceball, you guys seem to be name-hating more than anything, 'cuz the wheels on that GS do look a lot like the Neeper F18.
Thing is, is Neeper a quality wheel, and will you be able to get it in the right sizes? A lot of bling style companies only have lip on their wide wheels because they have wack offsets.

Thank you Firelizard... i know some wheels looks very "domestic" but some looks so similar to the jdm stuff and yet you guys are just ego tripping... give me a break.. i mean.. i want some Fabulous or Weds wheels.. but they are hard to come by.. especially with the specs that i want...
now that we got that aside... you think if i get 20X10 +45 offset how much lip would that neeper really have in real life?

if you like it then just go for it!
simple as that.
the VIP look is very easy to distinguish, if you have to ask "is this VIP" then don't even bother. it's best to do as you please, not what other's like.

...besides, some people just need to learn the hard way I guess :-\

i honestly dont care for any of the rims u threw up on the pole.
i think they are all cheap chrommies..
and when compared.. u can totally tell the quality difference from
a japanese chrome to a cheapy one..

imo it's not necessarily the name brand, but the fact that, can you be sure that THAT particular wheel is avl in a good choice of fitments, AND is it well-constructed and has a good finish? As I've mentioned before, chrome is also a major tell-tale finish in helping you determine if a wheel is good quality or so so quality or crap quality. So in the end, it's not the name brand per se that matters, but the wheel itself. A wheel could be called the Shithole Racing Type Ass Tulip **** Crapper #1, but if it's good stuff, it's good stuff regardless of name.

:2funny:
quote for truth, and for making me laugh hard
Riceball:
10" <-> and 45mm offset would yield somewhere between 3" to 3.5" of actual lip (from the mounting face) I think. It will look a bit deeper due to the design of the wheel maybe though, I dunno.
Why not just buy a set of used wheels? Plenty to choose from these days. Since all of those wheels you have posted just won’t elicit the style your looking for, and in my opinion not to overuse this term but they don’t create a luxury feel either more like ghetto or cheap "pimp" luxury. The bottom line is if you want to do it right either save up for VIP wheels or put some effort into finding nice used wheels in your price range. Its not about the name its about the style and above all else the fitment. Otherwise don’t even waste your time with VIP styling in the first place as your end result will be profoundly lacking. Not to be just negative, you can start looking for wheels on memoryfab.com takumiproject.com, fetchvip.com, rrr racing? And on Yahoo Japan auctions, I know that Robert and some others in Japan would be happy to help you find some wheels if you show them some $$$. Use the resources on this forum and your car will be everything you want it to be.

okok these are the wheels that i have on them currently.. they are 20s.. and fit perfectly well.. now.. the problem is that i want to roll the fender so i can push them out further... thats why i want to look for a new set of wheels.... the only problem i have with these wheels is that they dont look like 20s... the lip makes them look like 19s or even 18s.. and that kinda pisses me off...
