by lookin at the rear wheel picture, would you say the distance between the rim and the quarter panel is sticking out about 25mm ? about an inch ? what would u say ?

You also gotta consider your camber curve and how much it brings the top of the wheel in as the car is lowered, or the suspension is compressed through normal use... something can stick out 20mm on one car at ride height, but clear the fender when it is moving, but not clear on another car with a suspension of a different design
