Not to be rude but, did you try Google? It's probably faster than waiting for a response here.
Anyways, I did it for ya :D, hopefully it's accurate

I would suggest going with OEM bulbs on this one...aftermarket ones will burn out in no time. Try Phillips or I believe they are Osram bulbs in 4100K or 4300K. Phillips does make 6000K version but they cost twice as much. For a low price check out ebay.com, I have seen phillips bulbs going for $60 a pair.

Why do you need a pair of bulbs? So your car doesn't look like mine :2funny: Previous owner replaced one of my bulbs...so one is blue in color (means it will burn out soon) and the second one is pure white. The difference is soo great, you can see it in reflections of the car on just about anything. So do oyurself a favour and replace two bulbs, you will be happier in the end.

Oh and another thing...you need D2R bulbs...not D2S. D2S is designed for projector housing...yours is a reflector type...D2R bulbs will emit a better light pattern and will be brighter because the light is directed the way it's suppost to be.

There were numerous discussions regarding this topic on other internet forums, and what I've gathered is that HID systems belong in HID-specific housing. The problem lies in the way the light is being reflected. If you install HID syspet in non-HID housing, the light will be scattered all over the place and will go into many different directions. Now the spot right in front of the car will be much brighter than before...giving you the impression that you can see more. BUT the light will not travel far enough ahead of the car as well as to the sides...thus you will actually see less with your HID system. What soem people have done was to retrofit HID projector into their light housing and others have added additional reflcetors into their housing to give the light more direction...but the latter option should be reserved for the pros only.

Personally I would suggest finding a junked 99+ Q45 and taking it's headlights. Less hasle and more light ;)

Do the 99+ headlights fit on a 98? fit as in, a direct bolt on item.

The lights from 1999+ should fit 1999- models...the shape is identical...just make sure you get XENON housings...because I don't think all 99s have HIDs.

I am 10000000% sure. D2S is for projector housing and D2R is for reflector housing. Since you have reflector housing, you will need D2R.

This is a true statement. There are differences between the D2S and D2R bulbs. I just recently did a headlight bulb replacement and here's how I know.

D2S bulb - Notice there is no black shield around the outside of the bulb.

D2R bulb - Notice the black shield around the outside of the bulb.

and here is the bulb I replaced

hope that helps :)

Part number 26297-89910
I would suggest going to a body shop and buying one off a tech.
New headlight assemblies come with bulbs.
Same bulb for V35, Ca33, Y34, FGY33
Probably some nissans as well
