Ok guys, got the wheels/tires on the car. Thought you may want to see pics, even if just for wheel fitment purposes. If any mods feel this should be in the photo gallery, feel free to move it. Running -3.75* of camber out back. Front, I'm not sure, but very similar (I maxed out the camber plates). Here are a few pics.
Specs:
Wheels- Work Equip
18x9 +5 effective
18x10 +13
Tires- Dunlop Direzza DZ101
225/40/18
235/40/18
Fenders- Rear - Pulled a decent amount
Front - Pulled a little. FYI front fenders were already in rough shape.
Now for the pics. The last one is by far my favorite! Enjoy!

Love the plates :)
Looking at that stretch i wonder if that will be enough to clear my fenders (same size wheels, similar offsets)... Did the tyre shop have any problems fitting those tyres? Do you think 215 & 225 would have gone on easily?

Just cause Lindsay has Equips, everyone thinks he's the only person to ever run them or something. I've liked the Equips for much longer than he's had them on his car. Don't get me wrong, his car is hot, and he drives the fuck out of it, but still... As far as the bumpers, all the aero is spraypainted with Duplicolor. ALL the body work will be done and car repainted down the road. The motor is next, then body work.

Exactly... They're old, but they're still Work's flagship wheel... I'm extremely happy with the fitment. Still have a couple of rubbing issues to work out, otherwise, it's perfect. I'd love to get the body work done and paint it, but I NEED to get the motorwork done. I said I was going to do that before I got wheels, and we see how that went.

great wheel choice.* i think the fitment (wheels and tire coming out of fender in the rear) detracts from the classy prestige of the wheel's design.

I sense a little sarcasm... ;) AFAIK, the Equip is still the most expensive wheel work makes... May not be the most VIP styled wheel they make... Don't really care, it's a timeless design that I've loved for a LONG time. Finally ran across a set I could afford in good sizes. I do wish the rears weren't quite as aggressive, but there's not much I can do about that.

Yes there is..it's called fender work. It's not that hard and you don't have that much of it to do actually. Relax about the Lindsay comment..haha, dude, you're acting like no one ever had the idea to put a wheel on a car. That's pretty funny. I mean, I have Work VS-KF's on my Z and people had only really seen mine but viplife had them before me, but they just never really went on the car. The point is, they're wheels...they go on cars, some people have the same wheels..some on the same car. It's life.
The most expensive WORK Wheel is The LS207 26" retail ¥360,000...most expensive Equip = ¥130,000

Talking about same size wheels... 18x10 for an 18x10. Not 18's and 26's. Now they only make them in 19's though, so you'd have to compare that. As far as fender work, I did pull them. I'm not about to over pull them though, and if I did any more, that's what I would do.

Haha, you said their most expensive wheel, not their most expensive 18" or 19". I was being literal, otherwise it doesn't matter. If you thnik your fenders are pulled you have a lot to learn about working fenders. That's barely a bulge you have there. This is fender work:

That's not being literal, that's being illogical... That's apples and oranges. You're not comparing the same size, so it's pointless.
As far as pulling fenders, I agree, mine aren't pulled a lot, but they're pulled enough to not rub, which in my book, is just enough. The pics you posted are way overpulled. If you lower that car AT ALL, it'll camber in some and be even more sunken than it is now.

Sir, it's not apples and oranges. Note it's in the paint shop..would you run your good wheels in there and risk overspray and what not? Those are some of his rear spares from before the pull..that is a full duty drift car. Do you really think I know nothing about wheel fitment? The point remians that your wheels are NOT flush unless you run WAY more camber or do some fender work...which it's obvous you're afraid to do.

It's not even 4* of camber... I hardly call that too much. It's more than stock, but nowhere near excessive (more like 6-8* in my book). Besides, toe is what kills tires, not camber. Yes, they will wear a little more than normal, but I will by no means be killing them. Yes, the car is a street car, not a drift car. It will be a track car one day (road course, not drift), but that's down the road, and I will have different wheels for track duty. Let me post a couple more pics. I don't think the wheels really sit out past the fender, I think the pics just make it look that way.

not too sure why you decided to just krylon the aero, as it does look out of place now, vs. if it was all og paint with oem body parts still on it. Otherwise it's cool... I guess anyone who has equips now is copying someone from socal no matter what! I wonder what would happen if I had pics of equips on my conquest back in '95 before some "originators" could even drive. Brains exploooode.
On the subject of fuckin up fenders, I post again for entertainment:

Kill tires badly? I know you know better than this...
See what's happening is similar to what happened when herb posted pics of his car when it was unfinished. The entire car is obviously going to be painted, down the road. And the rear fenders will be smoothed, etc etc...
I know Bryan has put shit tons of work into the suspension on this car, everything that can be replaced has been, or has been modified. The car handles extremely well, and rides better than any 240 i've ever driven with similar spring rates. I think all in all the car has turned out very well, but after paint it will be awesome.

Thanks man! I'm really happy with how far the car has come. I definitely want to get the motor done next. I think I'm gonna go down to VIR the first weekend in October. It's NICOfest. They're going to have an amateur Time Attack. I think I might enter. I don't have the power, but if I can get rid of the rubbing (or just raise the car a bit for a day...probably a better idea for a track day anyway). I think it would still be a blast.

Actually, I think he was laughing at you and your camber comments. It's cool though. Like I said, the car has not more than -4* of camber. I'm happy with it, that's all that matters. I have a couple rubbing issues to work out (inner fenders to beat, wiring to deal with, etc.)

Thanks a lot! It's far from done, but it'll get there. I'm in the process of relocating some wiring right now. The harness that runs through the driver's side fender rubs if you go really low, and even more if you're on 18's up front. Needless to say, I have issues. The lower offset makes it worse too. Ugh. Most people can just pull the harness up to the top of the fender and ziptie it up there, which is where I had it before. After putting the Equips on though... It has to be rerouted through the engine bay. Fun Fun...
Oh, and no, I'm not on Ziptied... Don't think I'm cool enough... I applied once before (before I had the Equips) and didn't get in. Whatever...
