hey guys, is the FGY33 the same equivalent to the 1997 - 2001 y33 q45 here in the states ?
can someone clarify ? they have the fgy33 and the fhy33, what are the differences? are the suspension parts inter-changable ?
thanks

I would imagine the difference would be in the engine. Some Y33s in Japan came with a turbocharged V6. But overall it's still the same car.

thanks guys.
I have the Trust 55-60 mm low down springs and KYB SR struts on the way.
I was gonna go with JIC VIP coilovers but the spindle fiasco was a real turn off, saving a good thousand bucks also made my decision easier.

FGY 33 is CIMA line
FHY 33 is Cedri/Gloria line
They are actually different model car but it happen to shared the same chasie dur this model year and later the current gen CIMA went on to be F50 which is same as 2002-present Q45 in USA. The cedric/Gloria went on to be Y34 which is the first generation M45 sold in the US
