Hi all, lookin for a good set of coilovers

I have been researching teins (HA,FLEX,CS) CS is out for me, not low enough. Im kinda iffy about the HA i figure flex was a good mid ground

I have been searching and many here use JIC. Which JIC's would you guys recommend? Which ones have you used? I want to be able to slam when i want and tuck when i want. But for daily i want something not TOO rough. I came from the mustang world and i didnt care about how smooth the ride was so im not TOO picky.

Pros/Cons personal experiences anyone?

btw this is for a 99GS on 19's

I think the ride on my JIC SF-1s are very livable - this is their base model coilover that doesnt even have damper adjusting. With 18s now you can certainly feel the bumps, but its only as stiff as it needs to be in order to stop me from bottoming out!

I just put a set of FLT A2 VIP's on my LS. I'm pretty happy with them.

ive had teins flex's. they were excellent to me. gave me the drop and the ride wasnt even that bad at all. just to let you know about my background, i almost careless about performance. the ride wasnt bumpy at all. it pretty much had that floaty stock feeling a tiny bit and i was pretty low, tucking tire .the damper was probably at 8 in the front and i think it was like 10 at the rear, but im just guessing though. let me find a pic of it. i dont think you can really tell, but here it is

I had the Blitz coilovers before my air suspension and it was great set with a fully threaded body, too bad they are discontinued now.

i have tein flexes and i have a 99 GS as well on 20's they have treated me well i love the ride of them and the dampening adjustment is great i just sold my 240 so im used to a stiff ride so im on 3 in front and 5 in back and can take corners like a champ. and i have also brought it up so its a nice oem(stock) feel. i dont have any complaints about these so far. im adding the edfc in soon. so it will be easier for me to switch the dampening.

good luck on whatever you choose.

Cuscos Zero 2 on my G50.

Little stiff but still nice ride, spring rates are 12k up front, 10k rear.
