After all of the quality issues raised in the Y33 thread, I'm interested to hear how owners feel about their F50 Q45's.* *They styling is awesome and the price is great compared to the LS430.* *

Post away :)

I like the Wald kit for the F50.

nice topic, I would have gone with the f50 if it weren't for my purchase-loss on my RL.

don't dis-qualify the y33 just yet, my dimmer light problem is beiing fixed, let's hope that is it. :)

the f50 is a ton of car for it's resale price.

true that and I apprecate it.* You could always throw your 2 cents on here as well :D

I really need to drive one.* I went to go test drive a silver premium a few weeks back but it was already sold when I got down to the dealer.* *They are very rare here in Victoria.

Pricing is rediculous here in Manitoba. I forget how much the last one I saw cost, but it was near the mid 5 digits.

lol
there is an 03 F50 in Vancouver for 50k. I just saw one go on ebay for 14,500 US buy it now. 100,000 miles on it.

There's one here in Seattle for $44,500 and they say its "supercharged".

But ive seen 02 models go for $22,000. About $3000 cheaper than the same year LS430.

16,000 to 17,000 for 90,000 to 95,000 miles seems to be the target price for the 2002 (ebay)

sometimes you can get them for cheaper by private sale.

if this is a project car, I'd look for one around 100,000 to 120,000 miles that already has the major service done and can prove it via dealer service records. Let it depreciate and let it get the major service before you buy it!

the struts and springs usually need to be replaced around 100,000 to 120,000 miles, your gonna do it any way right ? mind as well let it depreciate before you buy it.

well I really would prefer one in the best condition I can afford. Those are the prices I see on ebay and autotrader as well.

Pagong, believe it or not there was an aftermarket supercharger package that was being installed by a shop in Hollywood. There are very few cars that received the treatment. One person from Vancouver just brought one of these elusive supercharged F50's up from Hollywood to Vancouver and is swapping it into his black premium. That was his plan anyway. He posts on here as well.

might that be the slammed black F50 thats Ive seen around east Van ? ive just caught a glimpse of it a year back, i know it had an aero kit and rims but never seen the whole side profile.

right now on Buy & Sell there is a white 02 F50 for 32K.

on a side note ive seen a nice 06 silver M45 in Van, dumped with quad exhaust tips and 19's.

man 32k is still crazy. I would rather bring one up from the US for 20k :coolsmiley:

I got mine for $21k out the door. 60K Miles '02.
I love it, except the suspension is kinda soft for my taste..then again it's luxury.

It's a great car for it's price, and I still haven't seen one on the road.
