anyway just thought i would get everyones opinion on this matter.

stick to your gun (galant) man.
rock custom parts if you have to.
if you know anybody work with autobody, ask them to give you have in making a vipstyle kit.

bandwagon for the lose.
I think you should stick to your Galant too.

even though it's not a vip car platform? i mean i don't mind having to do body, ect... to the car to get it to be right, i just figured starting over with more vip car / k-car platform would be better.

If it's a choice between the 2, I would go with the fit.

Even though the aftermarket support is nowhere near the xb, but a nicely don't fit would be unique (for now ::))

Have you ever thought about getting a used vipcar?

yes i've actually thought about getting a used ls400 or q45, but it would have to be a 99-2000 model as i don't want a huge car payment

i've been looking online but there is no dealer in my area that has a used q45 or ls400 (which is actually my fav too)

Try carmax.com, they will deliver the car to the closest dealer near you.

Here's a question for you: have you even sliggity slammed the existing car and/or put well-fitting wheels on it yet?

yes it's slightly slammed not as low as i would like but still about 2" lower from factory as for the wheels they are nice fitting and probably not what would be considered vip as there us no dish

sliggity slammed and slightly slammed are two different things. i know what sliggity slammed is, not sure what slightly slammed is. in short, it's either slammed or it isn't. if you haven't pushed the limits of what people find acceptable for a galant, why would it be any different with a fit or an xb? in some ways, you need to look at the principles of what most of us here consider vip (slammed ride height, well fitting wheels regardless of dish or not) and use that as a starting point.

my bad i thought i read slightly slammed not sliggitly slammed.

in that case now it isn't, but as far as most people here go and i mean no offence because i am there with them that a VIPcar is more like a ls400 Q45 or a k-car such as a fit, i was just basically asking (and i don't know why i didn't say in the beggining but hey i'm a :uglystupid2: sometimes), is would it be better to keep the G or get a k-car i.e. fit or a box
as i know i can't afford the ls or q at this point
