Looks surprisingly good! I had been wondering what Eurolines would look like on an older Sdime, definitely works much better on the newer model.

Leave the headlights clear, but chrome the grille (but black out the bow tie), and remove the fog lights = world of difference

dont forget a tonneau cover if you put art material in the bed like i do.. some of my light weight materials flew from my bed.
and make sure you drain the air tank if you go air.

Whats your wheel setup, looks like a very nice stretch on that back. Very very nice truck, don't dig mini trucks or that matter any trucks but this one :smitten:

Photoshop that concept... btw, it looks better than most of the cars we normally see.

this is only a chop but thanks for flattering my photo shop skills ;D. the new dime all weighs on my acceptance to the art center. i am quite nervous. the dime i am looking at is already equipped with air-ride (10-switches), and some other goodies, but the dude wants a hefty 15k for it, i am hoping he will go down on the price. i've been getting a lot of flack from other people for even considering an s-10 and "abandoning" imports but i am not partial to where a car comes from. i am happy to see mostly positive responses here (shows how much more open-minded you guys are). btw, hardtop tonneau would be included so my crap wont fly around lol. on wheels spec, id probably go 20x10, +6mm offset all-around. there are issues with clearing the nut for screw that holds the gas tank so i might end up using spacers also...or if any of you formal mini-truckers or fitment gurus have any other suggestions im all open ears.

thanks for the suggestion, oneton...it looks so much better.

ever considered a Toyota Tacoma?

found this pic on a quick google search:
http://img.sportruck.com/feature/pharcyde/matt2.jpg

that's an older model, but this is a 99 that looks a TON better in my opinion (not nearly as plain styling similar to the Nissan Hardbody pickups)
http://4wheeldrive.about.com/library/uc/ucgraphics/justin_shankThumb.jpg

I mean, I'm sure you're evaluating your options and stuff, but I've had a few friends w/ Tacoma's that offroaded them (don't really have any minitrucker friends) with alot of luck. even the 2wd models can go alot of places bigger trucks struggle with, with just a slight lift and bigger tires.

just my $.02

haha then you know exactly what I'm talking about! I've never been big into off roading, but I live in Texas so I've got plenty of friends who are... all I remember is being in a 4x4 K5 Blazer w/ 4" suspension lift/4" body lift on 36" tires not being able to make it up some hill some guy in a T100 2wd went up not 10 minutes earlier... then again it was all muddy and that trucks probably 1/2 the weight of the blazer.

Cool now slap on the MAE's and start cutting.

gmckey
12-01-2006, 03:49 PM
the MAE's will work work, the 11's will probably have clearancing issues so you may have to run spacers rear. hell, you may have to run spacers on the front too! but I think they should both clear...* ;)

edit: sorry, remembered you HAVE to run adapters, anything 20mm or more of an adapter should clear clearancing issues but might be a problem over 40mm. Just from the looks of it though, I haven't measured anything, I'm going off of pictures other peoples measurements and sizing.
