in the US i dnot believe there is any product out that allows us IS250/350 owners to add a DVD player to the stock navigation system.

someone on clublexus found this link: http://www.rakuten.co.jp/t-plaza/710010/713290/

the problem is, i have no idea what it says and no one has offered or tried to translate what it says to english. i tried to run it through the altavista bablefish translator but it didnt work.

can any one here help me with this? i dont want the whole thing translated... i just want to know if it says that this will add an input to plug in a DVD player or what it allows us to do.

i also clicked around a few links and found this as well: http://www.rakuten.co.jp/t-plaza/710008/710030/

what does this one allow you to do?

any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

the first one is a cable that allows you to play dvd's, ipod, games, camcorders etc, anything that has a video, audio cable on your toyota factory navi
all you do is plug the unit into the back of the navigation system and then connect your auxilery into the rca cables
other thing it says is the panel remover for $0.80 to access the back of the navi to connect the adapter wire

the second link is a harness kit that allows you to watch tv on your navi while driving for $54.50
i think garson has a similar product as well but for a lot more

thats basically it
im not sure if the navi's are the same with the domestic and import toyotas so that you will have to research and see
