gentlemen,
i'm thinking of stepping into an anniversary edition y33, but i'm bothered by the electronic suspension. i'd like to go air runner or some such system in the future, and i was wondering if there are any issues with running aftermarket suspension on a car equipped with the electronic suspension. do i just leave the stepper motors hidden after i remove the stock suspension? for a band-aid, can i run lowering springs on the electronic suspension? are there any issues with coilovers, etc?

thanks in advance,
charles

is this electronic suspension the same as the adjustable dampening suspension that's equipped on the Q45t's? or is this exclusive to only the anniversary editions?

i think the electronic suspension is the same thing as the adjustable damping suspension found in the Q45t models.

Yea, just hide the motors. No codes will be thrown. It will not bother any other system in the car. When I installed my springs, I forgot to reconnect them and it was fine for nearly a week.

I have the Q45t model, and all I did was disconnect the motors, zip tied the connectors/plugs so they wouldn't raddle and called it a day. No codes, no warning lights, none of that. So don't worry about a thing...just get the car.
