Some of you on here have already helped me with a couple of queries I've had, so I thank you for that.

Here are some current photos of my new ride. I've ordered the ASC680 to drop her and I'm currently keeping my eyes open for some 20s for her too.

She's a 2002 UL with 21k miles on her (33k kms). The guy I bought it from has done 1700 miles in the last year and he bought it from some dead guy, whose family was arguing for 2 years who got the car. That explains the average of 2500 miles a year. She's absolutely spotless, inside and out.

Plans for her? Suspension and wheels first. Then we'll see what else.

Stay tuned!

Thanks,
David

Thanks guys!

I didn't go for those Leons afterwards. I wasn't all that fussed with using wobble nuts on a 5x112 wheel. We'll see what else comes up.

Ebay auction ended now. I'll hang around for something else. Well, I've got no choice now. :)

Thanks to the amazing Sean at JDMPalace, I took delivery of my ASC680 yesterday and had time to install it today. Need to do some tweaking of height sensors, etc, but I'm very happy with the result.

It must be the only LS430 in the UK on one of these datasystems controllers that I'm aware of.

Just for fun, I thought I'd stick my old Volks on, just to gauge widths for the new wheels.

Width looks good but they definately need to be a bigger diameter, those look tiny in the wheelwells. Are they 18s?

Yes, it looks like a skateboard. :)

They're 10x18 et5. Need a big pull and roll to fit properly, but I'm going 20s anyway.

Those 18s would be perfect if the car were low enough to match =) great start, nice seeing someone doing it right in the uk.
