OK my suspension for the Q was suppost to arrive on Thursday. It does not show up at the usuall time, so I call UPS and they tell me nothing except for "keep checking the website". The next day, the website still says that the parts are in Portland Oregon ( I live in Washington). I call UPS again, and they say that I need to continue checking the website. Call later that day the guy tells me that the parts will arrive that friday afternoon (keep in mind that the website still says that the parts are in portland, and that there was a delay due to some weather conditions). End of friday...still no sign of UPS. I call them today and it finally comes out...THEY DON"T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM :idiot2: WTF?! Yesterday they knew but today it's a different story? They tell me to call the store from which the parts were shipped so that they can place a trace on the package. The store tells me that there's nothing they can do...fine...call the corporate office again. Told them what happened and the person says "yeah they should have been delived to you at the latest on friday...theres a good chance that they have been 'misplaced'" How in the world do you misplace a 100lb package? >:(

So now if the parts are not found, they will reimburse the seller and I end up with no parts and not even an appology. I think if they don;t find them I am going to bitch them out...it's not like a set of JIC coilovers will drop fro the sky into my lap. There are only a handful of these sets in the US and none of them are for sale. So UPS better reimburse me for the trouble and the inconvenience I will have to go trough to get new set which will definately cost more than this one.

I'm just freacking pissed right now. Shipping companies are not suppost to loose packages. Because of them I have to roll to Nissan meet with a completely stock car looking like a fool. :tickedoff:

Yeah this is the first mod. I've had the car for only one month. This blows. If they don't deliver it on monday (I hope you will help me pray that they do) I will call them and bitch them out for loosing the only set of used JIC coiloves available in US.

i feel your pain. DHL lost my PDA; now it's 6 months later and i still don't know when i'm supposed to get my refund. *sigh* why do shipping companies suck so much?

Sorry bro, UPS sucks, FEDEX is worse. Nomatter what allways make sure you get insurance to cover the value of the part(not the sale price or what you paid but the MSRP/list price of the part) and the cost of shipping.
