probably your idle up valve leaking powersteering fluid into the intake.

funny that you say that cuz i do have to refill my power steering fluid every week or so it gets low but i cant find the leak, i dont even see it on the ground. so that could be it huh, so change my idle up valve?

there are 2 hoses coming out of the PS pump.. that valve is what is leaking fluid into the intake manifold.
2 options:
1: take that valve off (17mm) and plug the hole with a oil drain plug of the same size and the run a hose from the intake manifold to the intake tube
2:replace it

Replace valve n the hose...the hose is soaked with oil....reason why it only smoke for a lil bit is because the hose is soaked wit oil and very soft and when u start the car, the intake draws vacumm causing the hose to colapse and not suck up the oil...
I found this out when I thought it was my valve seals going bad..good thing I caught it when I was about to start pulling shit apart..

wow love to know this to, from dealer ship or at parts store to??
you can use an sc400 power steering pump that doesn't have the valve (still need to plug the vaccums). i bypassed mine with no problems. as a matter of fact i have one (whole pump w/ bypass) with very low miles for sale if you want.
