Different Styles of VIP?

ive seen a couple posts that talk about different styles of vip (lux, exe and vip i think are the ones mentioned) it doesnt go too in depth about them, but from what i read it just seems like they are different levels of extremity. Can anyone elaborate more, or just tell me im stupid and i got it all wrong, or link to a post that i missed with the search?
