LS430 What's the difference?

What's the difference between a 01'-03' Lexus LS430 and the 04'-06' Lexus LS430?
Because I noticed that MemoryFab.com sells different kits for 01-03 models and 04-06 models...

different front end, and I think rear bumper as well.

does that mean if i have an 03' i cant purchase 05' grilles and fit it on an 03'?

Yes and yes. Headlights, hood, fenders, tailights, and trunk.

The grill would probably fit with modification, but the 04-06 have a more defined hood ridge and sharper grill than the 01-03.

here are the two cars, just look closely and you can see the changes..

I forgot, the tailights on the trunk are smaller on the 04-06.
