difference between Y33 USDM and JDM rocker panel trim

does anyone know if there is a difference between the way the rocker panel trim is fitted between the USDM and JDM y33's ?

I bwlieve the rear bumper spoiler on the USDM is put higher than the JDM model. look at pictures but you will notice that the JDM rear spoiler hangs lower..
