Well few nights ago I had a little run-in with an animal (possum I think) while going about 50 on the freeway at 2a.m. I'm pretty sure he didn't survive nor did my front bumper. I'll take some pics later on, but let's just say I have a hole the size of his head. Right away my parents blamed me for the accident saying that if my car was at stock height, nothing would have happened...but anyway...an OEM replacement goes for $360 (shipped and no paint). I was planning on getting a lip kit for the Q, but now the total would be around $1100 without paint. So I am thinking that this may be a good time to look into full aero for the car (Y33).
My computer crashed a few weeks back, so I've lost all the companies that make aero for the car...if you have any sites, please let me know.
So far the only ones I really like are the Aimgain Euro and K-Break (not sure about the position of the molding on the front bumper) and that's about it actually.
If i remember correctly, the fog lights from MB (don't know the model) will fit my car if i go with the Aimgain kit.
If any of you can get aero parts, please let me know what the prices would be (including approximate shipping)...I need to figure out the budget. If any of you are thinking of selling your kit, let me know as well. Also any other suggestions on aero would be appreciated.
