Welding Place around eastbay/southbay ?

hey guysss i just recently moved to Union City from Indonesia and i just bought myself a 2002 audi a6. Right now its a complete stock but i'll do mods to the baby hehe ;D
anyways, i'm just wondering, do any of you guys know a good place to weld universal muffler around my area? and how much would it cost me to weld the universal muffler?

yes very close to decoto road. i actually have to drive over the dumbarton bridge everyday because my college is at los altos hill.. :)
