what look exactly are you trying to achieve with the car?

the addresses for those three are as follows:

www.backupdesign.com/bud

www.value-sports.co.jp

www.skipper.co.jp

anymore i would have to search for, but there are more, i'm pretty sure.
for the vip look, the bud kit is nice, and i like the skp kit better than regular skipper, the value sports doesnt really cut it.

thanks a lot 137...i think imma go with the Back up design kit...a shop down here told me they can bring it in

and what am i trying to achieve with my car? well, i know its not true VIP but it comes close being a luxury 4 door sedan, i figure, blaze kit, air bags and work rims would make my car up their hopefully

if you want to try and go VIP, I would suggest looking into the BUD kit from 137's links above, or even no kit. Having a big gaping open hole of a grille also makes the car look too "sporty," so a chrome, or even oem, grille would be best. As for wheels, since you're ultimately limited in what offset wheel you can run (and thus, limited in the amount of lip you can actually get), you might want to try running a no-lip, monoblock wheel, but in a good fitment so that they are still flush...

actually, those are the only kits.

theres a few more that are made here (like the black widow kit which is fucking nasty).

the bud and skipper kit are both lip kits and will require the JDM front bumper, or you can customize them to fit. im not sure what that would entail considering it doesnt seem that its ever been done here (in the US).

anyways, i really hope you go through with it, i would love to see it done.

yea imma get the inspire grill, JDM bumper fogs, and blaze kit/back up design, never done in the US, but a local shop said they can bring it in, its just a matter of time and money...i also want bags and work rims...

listen to what One Ton told you. Work rims might not be the best fit for your car. Since you can't get the fitment with the lip you want (offsets...) you may want to consider a monoblock, flat faced wheel with very aggressive fitment.

Yeah, I think a set of Autocouture Trance would look good

I think a set of 19x9+30 rear and 19x9.5+24 front Kenstyle Locksmith Mesh wheels would look nice on the TL with the Backup aero kit

its not impossible to have a TL/inspire without dish, my friend ran 19X9 work rims, super low disk with spacers, rolled fenders, rim came so close to the quarterpanel, looked pimp, also heres a pic of a JDM inspire with some decent dish, yea i know i may not be able to go over 19X9 but thats decent enough for me

Nice choice for the aero, but I agree about the wheels. Personally, I'd like to see som Prussian Blue Juno Vogue rims, it'd be very unique and they are a no-lip style wheel (well, depends on the offset but ya know..). They are a bit DUB style inspired but still Vip http://www.mzspeed.co.jp/wheel/wheel_vogue.htm

woops, I'm off topic, sorry :-\
