i dont think so. the problem with this setup is that there isnt an aftermarket clutch for it yet so the guy is burning clutches like how US companies are raping the term VIP.
heres a teaser vid though

HAHAHAHA. Must suck man, if hes so rich why doesnt he just have someone make him a badass clutch?
BTW, TT GT40 is awesome, and Im not a big fan of most American cars.

I have to give props to the pwople who made everything work together. Now onto the criticism...why give car more power but then not touch the suspension? That thing had so much bodyroll!!! Notice that the RPM barely gets up to 6K...why turbocharge that??? You have boost lag up to ~3k RPM and then you have another 2.5 to produce the power??? I'm amazed they were able to get 700 out of that thing. Maybe they shouuld do some head work and let that thing rev closer to 7K...I'm sure they will get another 100HP from that. Oh and like someone allready mentioned...the clutch will go out in no time. Did you see how much the nose dove when the guy stepped onto the brakes? That thing was almost scraping the ground! (I'm talking about the 8 min vid on their website)
Oh and I'm not sure if the people driving were real pros or not...some of them were doing poweer slides everywhere. That's not the way to track and definately not the way to drift either...so I'm not sure what they were doing.

yeah stage 6 is all about the 1320. squeazing all hp out of anything. but im sure that GT40 is far from perfected. as for the handling/breaking/suspension thats all on the backburner

Hmmm...seems like a foolish way to modify a car...usually you get the chassis ready for the high HP...not the other way around.

I firmly believe in BMW's philosophy: "The suspension should always be faster than the engine!"

from what i've heard, the main problem with that car is the clutch...ford made a performance package for that car, the only problem is that it doesn't include the clutch in that kit....and theres no companies (as of yet at least) that make an upgraded clutch for that car (since its such a low production car, not too many companies want to invest in that market), so that thing burns cluthes like nothing with all of that power...from what I've heard, its either him or the other old guy with the ford gt in jax (rumored theres two of them) has had about 3 or 4 clutches on that car.....smart :idiot2:
