Help with 929/Sentia

does anyone know of any other body kits other than the one admiration makes for the Mazda Sentia/929???

Is anything still available for that car anymore?

I'd say Tradition or Aimgain. Go Tradition if you prefer the wider true VIP style or Aimgain if you like the more subdued EXE look.

Thats a bad ass car if done right. Some people actually consider it a true VIP platform car. Im not going to get into that argument but you have plenty of choices with this car. Good luck.

In my book the Sentia IS a VIP car. It carries the fundamentals which garners that position. I too have seen some VERY sick Sentia's..I'm actually shocked no one has built one state side yet. A friend of mine had a 929 that he built, but it wasn't exactly VIP style but did have much of the flavor. I wish I had taken pics of it. I loved that car, it was more luxurious than you'd think.

Well im still in the search of a CLEAN and low mileage 929 im just trying to figure out what options i have to work with. Since i work @ Mazda i'm praying that we get one in as a trade ahaha!

how wouldnt the sentia/929 be considered a "VIP" car??? ok ok it might not have a glove box but ehh. I like MAZDA's

the first vip car I noticed was a sentia...back in 2000...... they are OG in japan

i had both sentias HD model and HE and these cars are horrible (parts are hard to find)
other wise they can be done up very nicely.
my first one was 1994 dark green
never got around lowering it as it got stolen and then recovered.sold
and last one was white one 1997 model i loved that car and miss it but it had to go

For a few yrs they were very popular as VIPcars NOT so much anymore. Might be able to find some nice parts on Yahoo Japan Auctions.

I am suprised there aren't more Sentia/929 owners here. There used to be a few.

I enjoyed mine. It was a 92 Mazda 929. It was black cherry repainted to be all one color. Most are two tone. I had tint all around, 6000K HID, yellow fogs, s2000 antenna, 2" King springs from AU, AME Shallen 19x9 +42 (plus 15mm spacer) ST115 225/35/19, 19x10 +43 (plus 3mm spacer) ST115 245/35/19. Simple but effective. I would liked to have kept it and made it lower. I was looking at doing an air setup when an SC400 came along for cheap. The quality was just not there with the 929.

WOW. such a sick and classy car. the lines are perfect, really resembles a rounded off Q. i never heard of these before, i thought they stopped at 626, which i think is a nice car as well.
