I am a big fan of VIP style, and I know 3 series are not the BMW's to go for VIP styling, but at least its a sedan!

This is where I am at so far, coilovers are on the way so I can go lower, especially in the front. I am having a body shop finish the fender flaring in the rear since I really messed them up with the fender roller.

it's a nice 3 series, but i'm not seeing any aspects of it to be relivant to vip styling.

Azev's aren't very VIP at all, they scream Euro. I have to agree with Boso on this one. It is what it is..a mild Euro E36. I changed the thread title to keep the other forums members on track and to save your skin from the flames.

My suggestions...change to more VIP Styled wheels, kick out the offset another 5-10mm, lose the wing, and drop it down several inches more.

I think that the problem is the design of the rear fenders on the 3 series. They are so low that the car looks way too raked when you try to go flush on the rear. The only way to go with this car is to tuck rim, and plenty of it. Flush just doesnt suit this car...

i agree, and even if you sit the body level the car looks funny because of he design of the sideskirts. looks better when raked. the design of the body makes wheels look more staggered to me though. i like it

I'm gonna have to agree with elpresidente all the way on this one...the first thing that's gotta go is the wing though.

i totally agree wit dominik on this one.....

maybe clear corners instead of those amber ones might help too~

especially with e36's its gonna be hard to pull off a vip look... i love the 36's though 100x more than the bulkier e46's as far as the bimmer 3's are concerned....

but still, vip is gonna be hard to accomplish. perhaps...

maybe w/out the m3 bumper, instead some lip kit on 3series regular bumper.. or kerscher kit (not the rear)

gonna be hard to pull it off w/ the E36 man... but it is a clean car

Would be a good candidate for radiused rear fenders.

you def. need to eliminate the wing and those rims that you have are not VIP'ish, you either need lip or a big wheel with zero lip, but in either case you must be slammed

let this car be an inspiration for you

I agree that that's a nice car, but I wouldn't use it for inspiration as it doesn't look VIP at all. It looks very Euro...a very nice and clean Euro.

The red bmw is clean. The lips on that chop are nice! I agree with everyone else in terms of it hard to pull off vip style on your ride.
