Some of you guys may remember the Jag with marble paint from Callaghan's shop. I did a few photoshops for him a while ago and he has since asked me to photoshop it with the lip filled in and different wheels. I thought that it acutally looks pretty good in the photoshop and wanted to share with you guys.
-The wheels are Zauber Gettins from T's Project Z30 Soarer

nice work now can you cover up the window stickers and put in a mesh grill, and do something about the license plate?

also smooth the line on the front lip, clean up the side skirts... I assume the rear kit is ugly so find a picture of it and clean that, make the car all one color...black, add chrome mirror caps to the side view mirrors, and have chrome door handles, shave the orange turns on the front quarters, and add blue tint.
Callaghan's shop has their work cut out for 'em.

thanks so much for the PS! looks so much better. We'll be shaving the lip shortly, but sadly the owner of the car i doubt will be getting new wheels this year...which sucks because it looks sooooo good inthe chop!* * as for the rear, the rear lip is clean as hell and has 3 small vertical vents, that we were going to shave last year but kinda grew on us and arent bad at all.
and the c/f hood has since been marbled...so in the sun u see marble on some curves and c/f on others. looks crazyyy
eurospec...i know you dont like the car, but honestly ive never seen a car get so much damn attention any show it goes to. The guys goes to all those damn dub and funkmaster flex shows and wins all of them. it pretty much reflects how much people are wrapped up into the whole DUB scene and see 20's and marble on a jag and are like "OH MY GOD HE MUST BE SUCH A BALLER!" and think its the best thing ever haha. we've got about 20 trophies from just last summer from it haha.. It's in teh shop right now, will be done tonight for a show tomorrow in Boston. We just did fibgerglass trunk enclosure and decklid w/ a clean tv setup all wrapped in LV suede. and LV suede inside. and puddle lights ( those were my doing haha). oh and smoked indicator lights all around (including fender)* The jag doesnt reflect what WE would do to the car, its 90% the owner of the cars opinions on what looks good...and hes an older guy thay just brings it to shows. but the damn thing gets us a ton of attention! the lip will be smoothed in the next few weeks or so.
and about the chrome door handles: it was thought about it, but the stock ones flow so well into the car itd be a shame to make them chrome and have them stand out and ruin the side of the car. i appreciate your ideas tho! chrome mirror caps would be hot :smitten:
here's a pic as reference before the PS yakuzasoarer did:

vipguy, let it go. Me and callaghan got through it.... now you must let it go.
I really think that if the car was super black...if he is all bling and dub just tell him to use the bently black and ***** the shit out of it... smooth everything down, minimize the lines of the kit so that they just accentuate a low smooth line already present on the car, then build it to fit some bad ass wheels... that will blow the dub market away IMO. Everybody with aluminum foil 28" on H2's will stop and look at the car and wonder why they can't take their eyes off of it.
But in the end, you guys just do the work and the guy paying does the 'saying'. I understand that. Money can't buy class, ehh.

Different cars make different people look at them... something like this would make young kids and wannabe ballers stare in awe and wish they could "ghostride that whip." So to some people, yes, it is the most awesome shit on wheels. But the remainder of the population would just think it's horrid. Or you can build a car that not only attracts the attention and commands the respect of that crowd, but also of other real car enthusiasts...and you know you've got a winner when even non-car people have to look and go, wow, now that is a good looking car. I know my friend and I did a good job on one of his cars when my parents were visiting my place and even my mother (who could care less about ALL cars) had to tell me she thought his car looked nice and wanted to know more about it.

i know what u mean but this car does that. its different in person. we took it to a show in boston yesterday, and all the way there and back we had people pulling up next to us giving thumbs up and takin pics, and slowing down to stay next to it. 90% of the people that see it in person are just like wow, thats an amazing car. we get compliments alllll day long. old people that know nothing about cars, young people, judges, ricers, shop owners, etc all tell us how much they like it and to keep up the good work. it's deff different in person. for you to say that most people dont like it is ridiculous. we have 25 trophies in the showroom from just the jag last summer and this year so far. none less than 2nd place. it just beat out a bunch of sick m3's, a 7 series, and some super clean vdubs in boston for "Best European car". and has won best paint at Dub, BOS at funkmaster flex, etc. so please, dont hate. its not for everyone but the majority rules.

Damn does that mean when I take my Volvo to TunerWars i've got to go against the Jag Mike! Oh what ever will I do :uglystupid2:
As for the looking different in person, I'd have to agree. I know it's almost a love hate thing for the Jag, because I certaintly do know people who have said they strongly dislike the look, however, for that one person i've seen 20 say they think it's amazing. Up close is just a different story, but I'm not here to say any of you guys are wrong with your opinions. Sometimes it's just not what people want to see, and that's ok. It's quite the car, IMO, but once again, that's my opinion.

sideskirts/front&rear lips all flow together..
like it flows.. with the body of the car...
with the jag, u can CLEARLY see how its just added on..
i guess i just dont understand that scene very well.. but cheers..

Well, sorry to say it but I don't really like any of the customer cars' styling. The only thing that I really like about them is that they're well done, the work is there and done right.
Style is just so subjective..I grew out of my babyblue bodykit phase, now I'm into classy understated rides, though I can still appreciate the work that goes into a show car

its kinda like when the whole fad of modifing imports really began to pickup- everyone thought alteeza tails were awesome just because they were "different", possibly even "not stock" which is something most jags are not- so the only reason its winning (in my own opinion, and don't flame because i don't care) is because of its difference and it would fizzle extremely fast if someone in the US would step up and make a full out vip/exe jag(no matter what year of the car) which will probably happen in due time here, if not already near completion.

it is bagged, and the wheels do "kiss" the fender. the front bumper sits on the ground...you cant get even a business car under it. the lip will be smoothed shortly.
and as for is someone* builds an exe/vip style jag here...BRING IT ON BITCHESSSSS hahah :knuppel2:
