well its definitely the nicest rsx i've ever seen. but the wheels dont really suit it, a thinner spoke would probably be better. ;D of course i think that most cars would look good in vip style. maybe i'm biased?

Ditto on that! But on another note how come most of the nice VIP cars outside of Japan are owned by Indo's? (PUTIH=WHITE in Indo)

We, Indonesian people here in the USA and even in Indonesia itself are really crazy about VIP style...
There are several people in Indo already put some crazy ass camber kit in their Odessey or Toyota Alphard... ;D ;D

Coz we are the tru' VIP Stunna'.....R.E.S.P.E.C.T....WHAT! Just kiddin'.....we are really close to both Japan and Australia (kinda in between). So our styling is very much influenced by both sides. You should see what comes out from downunder....we get weirdly styled cars complete with airbrush and weird themes like skeletons and sharks and $hit...very australian...

... Very Shit! LoL; i remember seeing the first cars coming onto the show circuit with airbrushing, and i thought "I hope that doesnt catch on" but it did. I like the minitrucking style of airbrushing (tribal designs etc), but not bloody jungle scenes!

Oh, well i guess i should play up my Indonesian side when i see cars like this. 1/4 Indonesian, representin!

Have you considered trying to run some spacers behind the wheels to push the limits of the "vip look?" Since the wheels already spell vip more than anything else already, it would be interesting to see the style pushed even further by having the wheels almost extend past the fenders as they would on any other vip car. Like these are +8", +25mm wheels on viplife's civic:
http://www.onetongarage.com/leroy/17.jpg
And I believe the RSX can take quite a bit more than the civic... so it would be interesting to see the wheels spaced out till you can't even see the inside edge of the bumpers/side skirts from the 3/4 angle views...

your choice of new wheels sort of belies your interest in trying emulate the style in which that white RSX is modified though... if you have not actually put money down on those wheels you showed, you might want to reconsider going with a more dish-faced style wheel, since a sporty car usually needs extra work to look vip

dont you feel a little let down knowing that what your going to be rocking wont be original or creative? That your not bringing anything new or different to either ther VIP style or RSX community? Im happy that your stoked about your car, but the white car was something nobody had ever really seen before. It set itself apart... your car will forever just be the car that got the parts off the white RSX.

It will be to the online community, but all in all im not online all that much and rather im more amped up to what i like for myself and not compair or battle anyone else online.
For the area i live in this style and look is unheard of so the reaction from friends and people who i hang with means more to me.* I knew this topic would be brought up, but then again im sure i will be remember as "that guy" but just like anything there are new members to the scene and its always growing. I think it will be restected reguardless of who or what i got the parts from.
And for a good price at that.* And everyone i talked to says they are amped up to see it on black rather then white. Even people who arnt huge fans of a VIP RSX. So in that case its still respected. As for being a diff VIP RSX. Im the Second VIP RSX i know of and there are no others, and Rays White RSX is now stock so, not to worried about that aspect.

well my RSX now has the wheels now.. My RSX is modified and had been for years with true coilovers vs cheap versions like the white RSX. But all in all the car you see here is the car you will see in black.* Being not true VIP its the only respected RSX as its sits as VIP and i will fallow suit. I would assume you would respect that much atleast?

When it comes down to sus, i do.. I have a $1200 coilover sus vs, Rays cheap coilover sus.. I can go lower. But all in all im not tryin to be anything that im not.
I understand what true VIP is, im just trying to fallow suit and roll with what i have keep it clean and respectful. My next purchase will be a 400 series lexus as the paid off RSX is my daily driver, rare bird half ass VIP Style car as it will anyways be considered that. ha ha.

How am i post whoring?

And opinions are a dime a dozen also. But for whatever gives.. there are a few of you guys who reallly try to slow down and shut down people who try to learn and grasp the concept of VIP and this has been a turn off twards why i havent posted much. Its a harsh page to post on. I lurk most the time and i try to be true and fair beleave it or not. But posts like yours make it hard for us new guys to hang out here. :knuppel2:

So if u dont welcome members who know whats up and true with VIP thats fine, but i wouldnt take as far as trying to hate on the issue at hand.

Sounds promising, it'll look good, but (no offense) this is gonna be like major deja-vu...I think you would have been better off picking a different set of wheels because now you'll just look like you copied the other car.
