Summary, Y33 Insurance coilovers, brand new, in my garage, $2100 shipped to your door in a week.



Its official, I'm selling them.... as mentioned in one of my first threads, I bought a set of Insurance Coilovers from Van of OneTonGarage. Had to wait quite some time for them to arrive and in that time my Q became more of a family car. Since my wife drives it all the time and I'm always packin the baby around in it. Basically I'm only looking for about 1.5-2" of drop now and the coilovers are a little overkill for that. I want these babies to be put to good use even if their not on my car.


All 4 units are brand new, never installed. Opened the box for the pictures then packaged them back up. You get everything that insurance sent in the box, including the instructions which are in japanese, plus the sticker, plus the perch wrenches.

Fronts come with the camber plates and spindles, rears do not.

This should be a very easy install, pop out the old struts, install new struts.

I'm not trying to lose money on these so I'm asking what I paid minus the wait. $2100 shipped and they'll be at your door in a week. no waiting.

forgot to mention, there are a few scratches on the camber plates and on two of the springs, I think they happened during shipping. Won't effect the function even the slightest bit, won't be visible when installed either...

I don't have a Y33, but I was curious how long the wait was for the coils as I am considering getting a set from oneton garage.

I'm pretty sure my wait was abnormal but it took about 5 months. I do know that Insurance doesn't keep these units in stock though so they had to make them to order then wait for one of Vans crates to get full, then ocean time, then shipment in the states time... Its not quick thats for sure. You should email van and ask for a more definitive answer.

sure... I'll take your money now and keep the coilovers as long as you'd like me to.... wait... did I get that backwards :pat:

I have the 2000 Annaversary Editon with the Sport Suspension ? wwill this work and what will it do for me ?.
