for the HID's, just find what the bulb number is for the low beams.

    ps. 10000k HID's suck IMO.

as for the angel eyes, hit up a bimmer forum, they would know a lot better about what brand to go with than most people on here.

+1.......I'd head over to bimmerforums in the e38 section. I've seen some posts on HID's but im on my iphone and its hard to search. I'll look for something for ya later on tonite.

Whatever you do just make sure you get the right kit, because these cars throw codes (not CEL codes) for bad headlights/tail lights, and some of the HID kits and aftermarket tail lights cause this to happen . But I'm sure there's an HID kit that wont cause this.

I got an 8k set for $80 from RPM store (HID brand APEXcone) ...no error codes and BENZs are pretty touch when it comes to lighting. HIDs came with a 1year warranty - they're "waterproof" so on and so on. Best of Luck!!!...oh yeah, be prepared, POLARGsuper white wedge bulbs and blinkers look wack like dingey stock bulbs up against the 8Ks, I went back to an amber blinker and the contrast looks good - 8Ks through a projector are IMO a perfect blend of blue/purple. LEDs throw error codes .And as for angel eyes - yeah, everyone pointed you in the right direction BMW or VW guys will put you up on game.

So upgrading my 4300 stock to 8k aftermarket would just be a bulb. Just want to make sure before I order

If your car has factory HID's you would just need the correct bulbs to work. I personally would recommend 6k or 8k as you will actually get to see the road with those 2.

Angel eyes, should be 1 size fit all between all BMW's but double check anyways prior to purchasing.
