"Help Japan" In SF, Japan Relieg Gathering this Sunday 4/3/2011

We've got a roll call started on CL. If anyone here on VSC wants to join us, just chime in. We plan on doin a lil' caravan from the 209 to the bay.

Show your car for a cause! Lets gather together to show support and help raise money to help Japan's relief efforts. Come for a day of fun, music, cars, models, raffle prizes, & more! ALL PROCEEDS will go directly to charity.

Please pre-register on your own and make sure you state "Club Lexus" under Group Name. If you don't pre-register the registration at roll in will be $20 but a your spot will not be guaranteed.

Also this is a car show/gathering meaning your car doesn't have to be "Top Notch" to be shown. The event organizers stress that the show is for the cause and to help build financial relief for Japan.

After you have pre-registered and received your email confirmation through JRG please post on this thread that you are registered.

Stay tuned as a meet up spot will be posted by Thursday or Friday of this week so that we can roll in all together.

-We need to meet at Autosport 3240 E. Hammer Ln.early. 6:30 am. Roll out will be 6:45 am.
-from there we will meet with Brian and Dublin crew at 7:20 am. at Starbucks in Dublin.
-from Dublin/Starbucks we roll out to SF spot.

So far there is a total of 5 cars from Stockton for the 209 Caravan. Lmk, if I missed anyone.

REGISTRATION FOR THE EVENT IS CLOSED!! Unfortunately there will be no open registrations.

We are at capacity and can no longer accept any more vehicles for registration. Thank you all for your support with this cause. The paypal account for the chaity is still open, even though we can no longer accept vehicle registrations, if you feel compelled to still donate to a good cause whether it be $1, $5, $10 or anything you feel comfortable with, the japanreliefgathering@gmail.com account is still active. 100% of your money will go directly to The Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Northern California and the Northern Japan Relief Fund. We as an organization have 0 processing fees and the JCCCNC has 0 processing fees. Feel safe knowing your generous gift will reach Japan in the relief effort whole.
