Is this legal in tx, i have been in houston for 3 days. (for work) and this is the third high end vehicle i have seen with these "euro" plates. Its on front and back there is no regular plate on this range rover.

i've heard of some cops overlooking it if it's the correct plate number, but don't quote me on that. i don't have any first hand experience either
