    Default OG Feedback Thread

Doing business over the internet can be a little intimidating if you don't know who you're dealing with. Most of you guys know who I am, but for those who don't I'm making this thread so you can get some outside opinions on my products/service.

So post up feedback guys, positive or negative (please keep it respectful). I can't say that every transaction has gone perfectly, but I feel like I have a pretty good track record and would like to hear what you guys think.

Mike you are a Good dude .. you gave me a lot of advice over the years .. for the new comers to the seen you can be very blunt and direct some might take offence to that if they don't know what O.G is about ..some might think you are an ass but in reality you are to the point and exact .. which is what its all about ..

if i were in T.X you would be my choice for work on my Rides .. EH !!

I agree with the that Canadian , AYE!

I haven't dealt with you in the business side of things, however, I have communicated with you over the years. I know that a person's personality can't be changed, you are who you are at the core. You might be turning off new customers based on the way you communicate your beliefs throughout the forum. Sometimes it's not what you say, but how you say it.

I'm speaking in the "outside looking in" perspective... I don't think it's cool when the person doing the actual work on a car continuously complains about the progress of the work on a build thread/blog. I think that you should be the one with the possitive attitude and clear focus on the proposed end result on a project you're working on because the owner of the car is contracting and trusting you to get it done with minimal stress and headaches to him.

Other than that, I think that you've come a long way and the work being done at your new shop speaks for itself. Good luck and wish you wealth and prosperity.

I was really looking for customer feedback, but thanks anyways fellas.

I have made a conscious decision to run my business how I have. I have no misconceptions about the consequences of my perceived attitude, but at the end of the day it's more passion than business. I do what I have to do to keep it enjoyable for myself, and as Original Garage evolves better practices seem to become a natural process.

As for the build in question, no one but me will ever really understand the circumstances. There's a lot more to the story than what you see/read. Regardless; I take full responsibility, maintain a positive position, and continue to give 100% to the build. It will be a masterpiece, probably the only with the OG name on it for a while. Even when it means more work, more money out of pocket, and more time on an already destroyed dead line. What you're reading is basically guilt on my part, but any affect that guilt has on the project is positive because it causes me to do whatever it takes to make things right. Thanks to the customer for his continued patience, which results in me being able to do my thing.

It's definitely a learning process. Mistakes will always be made, but as long as I learn from them I have no shame in that.

I Delt with him several times! But alot of what these guys are saying are true! But he a down ass cat, very helpful competive pricing and good work! If anyone thinks his prices are High it's only because he only deals with quality shit! He wouldn't feel comfortable putting junk
Or replica parts on his own cars let alone a customers car! If
Someone was to ask him about it he will either tell you go fuck yourself or steer you in the Right direction! And hes hooked me up many times on installs and pricing! Even if he feels hes messed up on anything he will go out of his way to fix it until its right! Quality work , parts, installs , and pricing! Biggest thing he believes imho is doing it right the 1st time! WORD! Lol

Any future customers will not have any probs with this guy! Of your local that's a big plus!!
Overall good experience and cool friend!

Thanks Anup! Sounds about right. Wish you would have had this understanding much earlier. Would have made both our lives much easier. LOL.

No denying that J. Turn around time (particularly one off projects) is something I will work on, without sacrifing quality of course, as soon as I can get out from under this backlog. The mistake has been made, now I'm paying the price, and hopefully in the future it doesn't happen again. Very classy move BTW homie, I appreciate it.

i can see the pm's coming now. just for the record, if you want led work done don't ask "how much?" or "how long?". either of these questions will get you rejected. not tryin' to be a d**k, that's just how it is for these projects.

i was really proud of these. forgot all about 'em. one of the first one off projects to come out really to my liking.
