Hey VSC'ers,

The "Help" link (found in the above navigation bar) has been updated with a drop-down menu containing specific sections of rules for easy reference.

What has been added/updated:

1. General Site Rules
2. Terms of Service
3. Privacy Policy
4. About Us

This has taken a lot of time to coordinate and compile so please keep yourselves updated on the rules and regulations that govern this website.
